After getting my Logitech G27 through these guys, for what I thought was a massively discounted price (see my previous post on this), I waited, and waited, for indication of how the promotional price was applied – it appeared to me to be $344.95, delivered – and there were no details as to how this price were applied etc. So I bought the wheel assuming I would just get a cash back offer or something…

Cue email to LogitechShop sales department. I pretty much asked, where’s my cash back?

I received a phone call very shortly after this, and the guy on the other end let me know of the Facebook promo, in all it’s details etc (I was a bit frustrated – apologies sir).

Unbeknown to me, the promotion was for Facebook users only. A special coupon code was apparently posted up there, and not being a “liker” of their page at the time, I was not privy to this.

I was like, “err, yeah, okay, I was wrong, it’s all good, don’t worry about it”, but the guy wouldn’t have a bar of it, and proceeded to give me a store credit.

So. Free plug right here for LogitechShop.com.au. I will certainly be making my next Logitech purchase from you guys! And a massive thanks for the prompt and professional customer service.
