**Symptoms:**
Outlook CPU usage skyrockets for a particular user
**Fix:**
Kill Outlook process for user
**Reason:**
User changed their password outside TS session. If the user is already logged in to a TS session, this will cause authentication errors, especially in programs such as Outlook.
